About Me

My name is Liat, and I have been living in London for over 12 years. While I miss my home country, I also cherish the vibrant community we’ve built here.

I am a birth doula, a birth preparation teacher, and a postpartum parenting coach. I’m passionate about discussing our bodies during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and I aim to share essential knowledge so that you feel prepared and empowered for childbirth.

I also have a deep love for the kitchen. I enjoy cooking and baking comforting, indulgent homemade food. In addition, I spend much of my time reading and writing, which bring me great joy.
